Hi, I'm Austin. Here to help, with patience and heart.
For years I served as a firefighter here in Vancouver, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, show up when people need help the most, and treat everyone with dignity. That same steadiness is what I bring to every visit.
I've also always been the person friends and family turn to for tech help. I love making confusing devices feel simple, and I never rush or talk down to anyone. If something needs explaining twice, that is completely okay with me.
On top of that, I've spent meaningful time working in and around senior living, so I understand the pace, the patience, and the genuine care that older adults deserve. I know how much families worry, and how much peace of mind the right helper can bring.
